Genesis & Historical Foundation
It is often in the face of life’s most adverse circumstances that the doors of new consciousness and discovery open before humanity. Just as the Bhagavad Gita was not born within the serene confines of tranquil academic halls, but upon the tumultuous battlefield of Kurukshetra, the inception of the Philosophical Research Council (PRC) Trust traces its roots to a deep urge to address the spiritual, moral, and existential questions of contemporary society.
In this very spirit, two eminent philosophers and scholars of Kashi — Dr. Braj Chaitanya and Dr. Ashish Kumar Pandey — were inspired to establish a living public charitable sanctuary in Varanasi dedicated to the cultivation of universal brotherhood, holistic spiritual education, and public welfare. In 2016, the trust was formally constituted to bridge classical Indian philosophical inquiry with practical humanitarian troubleshooting.
"Philosophical Research Council believes that everything may be sacrificed in the service of Truth, yet Truth itself can never be sacrificed for anything."
Our Mission
